Goods not received weeks later

Ordered some shirts for a specific occasion that has now passed. Three weeks post order and still nothing received. Have sent email seeking answers from company but if no response received, I'll be reversing payment this week.

Scotch Whisky in Flasche in Form eines Hochlandrind-Kopfes

Meine Bestellung hat sehr lange gebraucht, hatte schon gar nicht mehr damit gerechnet. Die Werbung von der Flasche in Form eines Rindkopfes entspricht nicht dem was ich erhalten habe. Allein die Verpackung und die Größe entsprach nicht die der Werbung, auch nicht das Aussehen. Das der Rindskopf nicht gefüllt war, konnte ich mir denken. Sollte dann aber vermerkt werden. Mit den 4 Whiskygläser in Form von Drachenköpfen, die ich noch dazu bestellt habe, konnte man zufrieden sein, mal schauen, wie lange die Farben der Drachen hält. Der Schutz vorm Zerbrechen war allerdings bei beiden Bestellungen sehr gut.

Email about glasses I never ordered with no company name

I got an email from [email protected] saying thank you for my order. It says I ordered something called VisionSync Multifocal Glasses on May 15 2026. I have no idea what this is.

The email has an order number and everything. It says their team will be following my order. I did not order any glasses from anywhere. I never heard of this company.

I did not know this email or did I order from this company. It just showed up in my inbox. I lost $36.36 from this somehow.

hi, I ordered "on purpose" i suppose some summer knee length shorts that stated made in the US and now i get email saying in transit for a week now , within Italy ? i wrote them and an auto generated answer came not to my USA question but that their in transit in Italy...never use order points off of facebook, tiktok and etc... always some sort of mess...
