Ordered from quitritual.co and never got anything

I ordered something from Quit Ritual to help quit smoking. I never got a tracking number and then they said it was delivered, but it wasn't.

Then they said they would send a replacement and never did. This has been going on since July and it is now October. I paid $88 and still have nothing.

Paid for a product I never got and they refused a refund

I bought a product from Quit Ritual and never received it even though I paid. After about a month I reached out to get a refund and they refused, even though they offer a money back guarantee. They said they would send a replacement and give me the tracking and shipment info, but I never got any of that.

Then after the purchase my credit card information got stolen and I had to replace the card to avoid more false purchases. Their website is quitritual.com and the email is [email protected]. I'm out $73 and still have nothing to show for it.
