Quit smoking diffuser order never showed up and no refunds
I never got my products. I emailed the QuitRitual support team like the site said to do. Their responses were the same stuff I saw in the complaints. First they said the order was delivered, then they said the product was out of stock, and then they promised a replacement would ship in 5-7 days.
That was over a month ago. Still nothing. On 8/27/2026 I sent them a final email asking for a refund. They told me their policy doesn't do refunds, only replacement orders. So I'm just stuck. No product, no money back.
