Snapchat ad for QVC chairs buy 2 get 2 free

I saw an ad on Snapchat for QVC. It was for a chair, buy 2 get 2 free. So I went ahead and ordered.

I ended up losing $63.29 on this. The email I have for them is [email protected]. It just doesn't seem right.

I don't know what's going on with this but I wanted to report it.

Facebook ad from QVC but I never got my package

I saw an advertisement on Facebook from QVC. I ordered it on 9/11/26. The tracking showed it was delivered on 9/27/26 on my porch. But I never got my package.

I lost $64.78. I can't contact this company at all. I tried the phone number (410) 258-4517 and got nowhere.
