Email address with no phone number for item purchase

I tried to buy something that was listed at a really good price. When I went to pay with my credit card it said the card hit its daily max. I tried a different card and got the same message.

So I emailed the address to ask for a phone number and got nothing back.

Total money lost was 0.00 so I guess nothing happened but it still felt off.
