Bought gift cards and then they locked me out

I bought some gift cards from this merchant and then they just deactivated my account. I can't get in at all now. I tried to find a way to contact them but they don't have a phone number and the emails don't work. I sent a message to [email protected] but never heard anything back.

So I lost all the gift cards I had purchased with them. It was about $50 total. I don't know what else to do since there's no way to reach anyone. The address I have for them is just CA, USA which isn't helpful either. I'm just stuck and out the money.
