Three charges hit my card before I could even buy anything

I was trying to make a purchase online and before I even finished the transaction, three fraudulent charges showed up on my credit card. I don't know how this happened but the charges were there before I completed anything. The whole thing is based out of Raleigh, NC. I lost about $2 out of this but it's the principle of it. Something is not right with this site and I want others to know.
