Ordered a road map and got nothing back

I ordered a Rand McNally road map online and paid 29.98 for it. The address I sent the payment to was in Plano, TX. That was it, I never got any map in the mail or anything.

I thought I was buying from a legit place since it said Rand McNally. But after I paid, no confirmation that made sense, no tracking, nothing. I tried to reach out but no reply came back.

So I just lost my money. I don't know what else to do about it. It was supposed to be a simple purchase.
