Paid for two coldest cups and got blocked

I found this person on a Facebook group called COLDEST addiction. Her name was Ranell Jacob. She was selling the coldest cups, the 136 ounce and the 146 ounce ones. I paid her $130 for both of them on Sunday, August 2. She said they were supposed to ship out on August 4.

I gave her the money on August 3. Then when I tried to message her on Facebook messenger to check on it, I was blocked. The account is gone now, just doesn't exist anymore.

I tried to get my money back through Cash App and my bank but they both denied me. They said since I willingly paid for the product, there's nothing they can do. I just don't get why Cash App still has that account open and accepting money. They should shut it down.
