Ordered Friday with priority shipping and still nothing

I placed an order online Friday morning and paid for priority shipping. It is now Wednesday and when I checked this morning for any updates there was nothing. I have emailed them several times yesterday saying I would be making a claim if they didn't send an update or let me know when my package would arrive. Still nothing back. No update on when the package will arrive and no update on the website about my items either. I just want my refund.
