Website promised refund but never sent it after return
I reached out to them a few times after that. They said two times that they were working on my refund. But they never sent it. I spent $50 on the item plus the shipping fee to return it so I'm out $70 total. Their email is [email protected] and I've tried calling the number on their site too. Nobody picks up and my emails just get the same runaround. Still waiting and nothing.
