Paid $100 for lawn equipment and got a postcard instead

I found Rawsoil on Facebook Marketplace selling lawn care equipment. The item looked good so I bought it. A few weeks later I got a postcard in the mail saying shipping was delayed. After weeks of not getting the product I tried to contact them at [email protected] and got no reply. Then I filed a dispute with Affirm and it was denied because they said the package was delivered. Filed 2 more disputes and denied again. I wish I would've checked this company out on sites like this and Trustpilot and others. I would have not purchased.

Where is my order?

I ordered a 3 in 1 weedwhacker for $110.00 in August. I haven't received it yet. I received a card saying they were overwhelmed with orders and I should receive mine in at least two weeks. While here it is October. I have emailed them asking for them to refund me. Haven't heard anything. What is the deal?

Ordered a cordless vacuum from Rawsoil and lost $149.80

I ordered a cordless stick vacuum from Rawsoil. Looked at my bank account and the $149.80 came out right away. Tried to contact Rawsoil multiple times by email with no response.

Tried calling the phone number, it's incorrect and don't even have enough numbers. Tried calling my CC company. Put in a grievance and still no response.

It looks like a fraudulent company with many open ended. BS. Please put this in the web!!!
