Ordered a one hand mower from rawsoilco.com and never got it
When I went to check on why I had not received it and clicked on their link, it said the info was not available. As of today, I have not yet received the item.
I sent a message to their customer service email and they never replied. Lost $104.42 on this.
Mower deal from Instagram never showed up
I actually got 2 postcards in the mail from them apologizing for delays because of a "surge in demand" and offering an extra discount on other products. It's signed "James Garcia, Founder" but I'm sure it's all bogus.
Ordered a lawn mower and tracking says delivered but I never got it
I checked Shopify and the tracking number showed the item was delivered to somewhere in NJ on Sept 11 at 1:11 PM. I never received anything. My account was still debited though. The postcard also offered me 50% off a future product as compensation for the delay.
