Won an auction for a truck and sent a wire transfer

I won an auction online for a truck from Rayssalesservices.com. I sent them a wire transfer for $46,000. Then I decided not to get the truck and asked for my money back. I never got the truck and I never got my money back either. I tried calling (913) 336-2839 but nothing came of it.
