They keep calling my mom with dementia about fake debt

These people keep calling me and my elderly mom who has dementia, day after day. They threaten that I am being served papers but there are no legal actions against me at all. I know it's phishing but they are so aggressive and they won't stop.

I looked up "RDR Processing" and it's a scam. They gave me this phone number to call: 877-549-0517. They are based in FL, USA. I just want them to leave us alone.

Voicemail about a case number with no real company info

Got a voicemail the other day from someone named Chris with RDR Processing. They said it was about a complaint against me with case number 100 9350. Said there was a failed attempt to deliver documents to my residence and that I need to be available to receive them. If not, they'd try my workplace.

They said I need to call the filing party at 877-549-0517 to stop further action. The whole thing felt off. They mentioned my name and said the call was recorded, but no website or any real company details. I didn't lose any money, but it's just a weird phishing thing. Left a voicemail, that's it.

Call saying legal action over an old debt

Got a call from RDR processing. The guy said something about legal action being taken against me for an old debt. I didn't recognize the debt at all.

He kept pushing and said I needed to deal with it right away or there would be consequences. I asked for details but he wouldn't give me anything solid. Just kept repeating that I needed to pay.

The number showed up as (406) 500-2856. I didn't give them any money. It felt like a phishing thing honestly. Just wanted to get this out there.

Call about documents and debt I never heard of

I got a call from this number, 806-587-6208, and the guy said his name was Adzelly with RDR Processing. He said there was a failed attempt to deliver some documents to my house about a complaint. He said I needed to be available to get them, and if they couldn't reach me at home they'd try my job. That part really freaked me out.

He said I have to call the filing party at 855-358-2714 to stop further action. And he said the call was being recorded as proof they tried to notify me. But I have no idea what debt or complaint they are talking about. I never got any paperwork in the mail or anything. It just seems really off. I didn't call them back. I don't owe anyone money that I know of.

Call saying court papers would be served at my job

Got a call from these people, RDR Processing I think they said, asking if I was gonna be at work all day. Said they needed to serve me with court documents and would be coming to my job. They gave me a number to call and some reference number.

So I called. The lady pulled up an account and said it was a credit card debt from 2007. I asked her, wouldn't something that old show up on my credit report if it was real? She got real angry and started talking over me. I asked if she could send me validation of the debt to my house. She said no, but she could email it. I told her I wanted a certified copy, not something they could doctor up. That's when she threatened to send someone to my work to serve me.

I just asked for a mailing address or email so I could send a cease and desist letter and she hung up on me. I called back and they told me not to call unless I was paying my bill. Otherwise they'd see me in court.

Phone call about a complaint with case number 966-365

Got a call from someone named Anne with RDR Processing. She said there's a complaint filed against me with case number 966-365. Said they tried to deliver some documents to my house but couldn't, and now I need to be available or they'll try my job.

She told me to call the filing party at 866-535-0627 to stop further action. Said the call was being recorded as proof they tried to notify me. I never heard of any complaint before this. No company name on the caller ID either, just the phone number (931) 208-6607.

I didn't lose any money but this whole thing felt off. Just a weird message saying I need to call back right away or else.
