Someone using my ID for other scams after USDA breeder application

I didn't send money through this check but he's been harassing me and threatening me constantly through his other scams. He had me send a picture of myself holding my ID and my attempted business name to become a USDA breeder. We lost our home and paid what was supposed to be a real estate application fee.

They asked for my driver's license and a copy of me holding it and they used it with others. Other people have contacted me and told me they were scammed by them too. His phone is (910) 730-2630 and he uses WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. His email is [email protected] and he's listed in Austin, TX. Total lost was $278.34.
