Call saying I’m being served with no real info
The recording says my name is Rebecca Ford and I’m on her schedule to be served court field documents. She says she’ll come to my job or my house this week and need my signature plus 2 IDs. But there’s no court name, no case number, nothing that makes sense.
If I have questions or want to stop it, the recording says to call my filing party at 484-431-8877. I tried calling once and it just felt off. I don’t even know what this is about. It’s been happening for weeks and it’s getting really annoying.
Voicemail saying I’m being served court documents
It felt really strange because I don’t owe any debt or have any court stuff going on. I tried calling back but nobody answered. It seemed like a debt collection scam but they didn’t ask for money or anything, just said I’m getting served. No idea who this is or what they want.
