Mail asking for personal info at my senior apartment

I keep getting this postal mail from an address in Kennesaw, GA. It's the "Records Division" second notice and it's asking for all my personal information. I live at a senior apartment complex and this just doesn't feel right. The envelope comes from PO Box 100090 and there's a phone number on it too, 1(423) 356-5814.

I did not respond to it. I don't know how to make it stop or get my name off their list. Looking at it closer, this isn't a real government document. It's made to look like one of those official agency forms with fake tracking codes like "T-2" on it. It's just a marketing thing trying to get me to share details for insurance or mortgage stuff. There's also an email on it, [email protected], which seems odd for any official records department.

I don't understand why they target seniors like this. I just want them to stop sending me these letters. I never asked for anything from them and I'm not interested in whatever they're selling. Just wish there was a way to get my address removed from their list.
