Mis-dialed Bank of America call turned into gift card pitch
I gave him my address and birthdate before it hit me this was probably a scam. I told him I had to go and he gave me another number to reach him, (954) 375-9589. He said his name was Justin, ID#B204, and he was the Floor Manager.
When I called the (888) 388-3720 number back, a woman answered. I asked if this was a banking institution and she said no. She said it was the "Redemption Center" that promotes goods and services. I didn't lose any money but I'm worried about what they'll do with my info.
