Old rental pictures of my house posted without permission

I found out Redfin is using old pictures of our home on their site. These were taken by the property management company when we had it listed for rent a few years back. We never hired Redfin for anything, not for selling or renting. They just took those photos and attached them to our house which is not even for sale.

I tried calling their customer support at (844) 759-7734 at least 10 times. Nobody ever picks up. I also sent a note through their website 3 times, using the contact form on redfin.com. Still nothing has been done. It's been frustrating because there is no way to actually talk to a person and my messages just seem to disappear. They need to take those pictures down.
