Rental scam with smart lock code and Zelle request

He said he was the landlord and the house on Redfin had his phone number (702) 809-2054. He told us that house was already rented and showed us a different one instead. He sent us a code for the smart lock so we could go inside and look around. He knew details about the place, like there was no washer and dryer.

He offered to lower the rent and said to Zelle him $1300 right away to hold the house. Then he asked for our ID, SSN, and debit card info. After that he wanted $2000 more, but we stopped. We tried calling for a refund but he doesn't answer. We lost $1300 total.
