Broken item and they want me to ship it back to China
I had to dig around on PayPal to find another address for them. When I finally got ahold of someone they told me to ship the broken thing back to China and they'd give me an $8 refund. The item cost me $44 total.
That doesn't even make sense. Shipping it back would cost more than that.
