Sobriety app charged me three times a month and no way to contact them

I signed up for this subscription service on the Reframe app to help with sobriety. The whole thing has been a mess. They charge me three subscriptions a month even though no service is provided at all. The app charges $50 a month but it's not stated that amount when you subscribe. I ended up being charged $150 a month even after I cancelled the app.

There is no customer service or any way to get in touch with them. I tried emailing [email protected] and nothing. The website is www.reframe.com but that doesn't help either. I had to cancel my card to make it stop. I lost $2000 total to these charges. Their phone number is (502) 439-4859 but I don't even know if that goes anywhere. Just no help at all.
