Fake invoice for fax service we never had

Got an invoice in the mail addressed to the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Attn. Accounts Payable. It says it's a routine annual renewal for our fax infrastructure service. Listed all this stuff like Professional Fax Infrastructure Base Service, Searchable Archive Retention, Verified Delivery Proof Generation and Annual Account Management & Compliance.

I checked our files and we don't have any previous invoices from this company. Not one. So I went online and looked them up and found out this is a known scam. The return address is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas and the email on it is [email protected]. We never signed up for anything like this. Just wanted to put this out there so no one else falls for it.
