Fax with a fake invoice from Relaywire
I looked at the attached photo of the fax and it's clearly a fake invoice trying to get me to pay for something I never ordered. I didn't lose any money since I ignored it, but I wanted to report it. The whole thing seemed strange and didn't make sense to me.
I just want other people to know about this so they don't fall for it.

I looked at it and it just didn't make sense to me. I never requested any annual fax service from these people. There's an email on it too, [email protected], but I haven't bothered reaching out because I don't even know who these people are.
No money was taken from me, but I'm not paying an invoice for something I never asked for. Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else gets the same fax.
Invoice for fax service we never signed up for
The email came from [email protected] and there's a website relaywire.app/help-request. The address on it is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243. Nobody here has any idea who these people are or where this invoice came from. We don't use any fax service.
Just a fake invoice trying to get us to pay almost five hundred dollars for something that doesn't exist.
Fake invoice by fax with errors all over it
The address on it was 95350forest lane st 114j, Dallas, TX 75243, USA. There was also an email [email protected] and a website www.relaywire.com. I didn't lose any money from this but the whole thing was clearly fake.
Just wanted to put this out there so other people don't fall for it.
Fax invoice from a company we never used
The fax had their website relaywire.app/help-request and an address in Dallas, Texas. Suite 114J on Forest Lane. There was also an email [email protected].
I'm attaching a scan of the fax. Nobody here has any idea what this is for. We never signed up for anything with them.

I tried reaching out to the billing email and to Stephanie Wray at [email protected] several times and never heard anything back. At this point I don't expect to hear from them.
The website is relaywire.app and the address on it is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243.
Fax invoice for a service I never signed up for
The invoice lists stuff like fax number routing, web portal access, searchable transmission records, encrypted transmission, service availability monitoring, standard support, and data export functionality. I don't use any of that. I don't even know who these people are.
There's a phone number (209) 659-1746, a website relaywire.app, an address in Dallas TX, and an email [email protected] on it. I just want someone to look into this because it's clearly not something I signed up for.

We had just switched fax providers around that time so I actually thought it might be real for a second. But my accounting department looked at it and figured out it was a scam.
Nothing was paid, we caught it in time. Just wanted to put this out there.

I didn't pay it, but it's annoying that they have our fax number and made it look real enough to fool someone.
Fake invoice sent by fax saying we needed to renew
The invoice actually looks real. It has our business information and contact name on it. But we've never had any kind of account or service with them.
The phone number on it is (513) 412-7679 and the website is relaywire.app. Address listed is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 1 14J, Dallas, TX 75243. Email is [email protected]. I just want to make sure nobody else falls for this.

There was also a payment options box saying you could email for ACH instructions or send a check to 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243. None of it made sense to us. We never asked for any renewal and there was no one to actually talk to about it.

The weird part is they were billed to an old bank name we don't even use anymore. So right away it didn't make sense. We didn't lose any money, but they sent these to multiple locations so it seems like they're just blasting them out hoping someone pays.

The breakdown of charges made no sense. Just a bunch of professional charges that don't mean anything. I never signed up for any service or agreed to anything.
