Fax about a bill from a website I never used

I got a fax the other day about some invoice from relaywire.app. It had their website on it, relaywire.app/help-request/, and an address in Dallas, 9535 Forest Lane. Also an email, [email protected].

I have never even heard of this company or used any service like that. It just showed up out of nowhere. The fax was all official looking but it didn't make any sense to me.

They didn't ask for a specific amount or anything, just seemed like a fake bill. I'm not sure how they got my fax number. Just wanted to report this so other people know.

Faxed invoice for a service plan I never signed up for

I got a faxed invoice from these people for $469.95 for their annual service plan. The thing is, we don't have any service plan with them at all. I have no idea where they got our fax number or our name.

The invoice shows their address in Dallas and they have a billing email too. I didn't call them or anything because I know this is just a scam trying to get us to pay for something we never agreed to. I'm just wondering how many other businesses got the same fax. It's pretty frustrating that they can just send out fake bills like this and hope someone pays.

Fake invoice from relaywire.app with a name I don't know

We got this invoice sent to us twice now. The first time it had a completely different name on it and the wrong address. I even faxed them saying we don't have an account and that's not our address. That first one didn't even have our name on it.

Then this second one shows up listing a woman named Stephanie Wray. It has an email from relaywire.app and an account number but no sales tax. We don't use this service at all. This is 100% a scam. The address on it says 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas but I don't trust any of it.

Fax about a renewal invoice from a company we never used

I got a fax the other day with what looked like a renewal invoice from relaywire.app. The thing is, we have never done business with this company at all. Not once.

The fax had their website on it, relaywire.app/help-request/, and an address on Forest Lane in Dallas, plus an email [email protected]. It just didn't make sense. Why would I pay a renewal invoice for something I never signed up for?

I didn't lose any money over this, but it's still annoying. I just wanted to put this out there so other people know about it.

Invoice for fax equipment I never ordered

Got an invoice from relaywire.app for something called "Professional Fax Infrastructure" and some other stuff. I never ordered anything from them. The invoice came from [email protected] and it lists a phone number (215) 967-8178 and an address in Dallas.

I have no idea what this is about. I don't even use fax machines. It says the company is at 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas, TX. I didn't lose any money because I'm not paying this. Just seems like a fake bill trying to get me to send money for nothing.

The website on it is relaywire.app. I've never heard of them. This just doesn't make sense to me.

Faxed invoice with no prior business relationship

I got a fax at my business location and it was an invoice from RELAYWIRE.APP. The email on it is [email protected] and the address says 9535 FOREST LANE, Dallas, TX 75243. I have never done any business with these people.

The invoice was just faxed out of nowhere. I don't know how they got my fax number. I didn't order anything from them and we have no account or history. It's clearly a fake invoice trying to get us to pay for something that doesn't exist.

Glad I checked it before just paying it. This is the kind of thing that could trick someone at the front desk. Just wanted to report it.

Fax about a service plan renewal we never signed up for

We got a fax at our office with an invoice on it for a service plan renewal. It said we owed money and needed to pay them. The thing is, we have never done any business with this company at all. I don't even know how they got our fax number.

The fax listed relaywire.app as their website and had an address in Dallas, Texas. There was also an email address, [email protected], on there. I tried looking at the website but it didn't make any sense to me. We didn't order anything, we didn't sign any contract, nothing. It's just a fake invoice trying to get us to pay for something that doesn't exist. I'm glad we didn't just pay it, but it's annoying to have to deal with this kind of stuff.

Invoice for service I never ordered or signed up for

I got an invoice from relaywire.app saying it was an annual renewal for some service. I have never used this company or ordered anything from them. The invoice was for services that were never ordered, and it made it sound like I already had an account with them.

The email came from [email protected] and the address on it is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243. I didn't lose any money because I didn't pay it, but it's just weird. They are trying to get me to pay for something I don't have. I just wanted to report this so other people know.

Fax demanding payment for services I never used

I got a fax from these people saying I owe them money for some service. I never signed up for anything with them and I have no idea what they are talking about.

The fax had their phone number (631) 581-1110 and their website relaywire.app. It also listed an address at 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas, TX. They wanted me to pay a bill for something I never even ordered.

I tried looking them up and couldn't find anything real. It just felt like a fake invoice trying to get me to send money. I didn't lose anything because I didn't pay but this is just wrong. No company name on the fax either just that website.

Invoice for fax service I never ordered or agreed to

I got this invoice in the mail from relaywire.app for $389.00 out of nowhere. It says it’s for something called “Professional Fax Infrastructure” for a service period from July 1 2026 to June 30 2027. The billing detail says it ensures continuous searchable archive retention and verified delivery proof generation and real-time routing for our fax number.

I never signed up for this. I didn’t agree to anything. They have my fax number but I don’t know how they got it. The address they list is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas TX 75243. There’s no phone number on the invoice just the website.

It feels like they’re just sending fake bills hoping someone pays. I’m not paying it obviously but it’s frustrating getting stuff like this in the mail.

Fax bill showed up with no company I recognize

I got a fax at my office saying we needed to pay to keep our fax service going for the year. It had a website on it relaywire.app and an email [email protected]. The address was 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas TX.

I don't even know who these people are. I never signed up for anything with them. The fax just showed up like it was a regular bill we had to mail a payment for. It didn't make any sense. I didn't lose any money because I didn't pay it but I still got the fax and it was confusing.

Fake invoice sent to my fax machine about professional fax infrastructure

I got this fake invoice through my fax machine. It says we owe money for something called professional fax infrastructure. No idea what that is.

The invoice came from [email protected] and has an address at 9535 Forest lane suite 114j in Dallas TX. I never signed up for anything like this.

Just a random bill showing up. Didn’t lose any money but it’s annoying.

Fake fax invoice for a company we left years ago

I got this invoice in the mail for $389.00 for something called "professional fax infrastructure." The address they used is one we moved out of over 10 years ago. We've been at a new place for a long time now.

We never used this company before, never heard of them. It came to our fax number and the invoice even has that fax number on it. That's how they got us I guess. The website is relaywire.app and they have an address in Dallas, 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J. Their email is [email protected]. Just feels like a fake bill trying to get money for nothing.

Fax bill for services I never signed up for

I got a fax at my office for a bill from relaywire.app. It says I owe them for faxing services from 7/1/26 to 7/1/27. I have no idea who these people are.

The fax had their address as 9535 forest lane suite 114j in Dallas TX and an email [email protected]. I never signed up for any fax service with them. This is clearly a fake invoice.

I didn't lose any money because I'm not paying it. But it's annoying getting these random bills in the mail.
