They keep hanging up after I sent money through the app

I sent 300 dollars through the Remitly app and now I can't get anyone to help me. I've tried calling them and they just keep disconnecting the calls. It's like they pretend to be someone they're not, like a rep or something, and then they call back and pretend to connect me to a supervisor and then they just hang up again.

I don't know what else to do. This was supposed to be a simple transfer. The website says they're in WA, USA but I'm starting to think this whole thing is a phishing scam. I just want my money back or at least someone to talk to that will actually stay on the line.
