Facebook ad for a credit card that never came

I seen an ad on facebook reels saying that reserve direct card can help me build my credit. It said the card is promoted by Mastercard. I filled out the application and they told me I was approved for a 300 credit limit. But I had to pay 95 dollars in fees before I could use it.

About 3 weeks later I get an email saying I'm not approved and they are sending my money back by checks. Its been 2 months and I haven't received anything. The telephone system dont have any other option to talk to someone about it.

Credit card sign up took $95 and no card ever came

I was signing up for a credit card online and I found out it was a scam. They took 95.00 from me and said I was approved. Then they never sent the card.

When I asked about it they said they were sending my $95.00 back. That was a while ago and they still haven't sent it. I really need that money back. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and calling (423) 327-0556 but nothing helps.
