I got a second order I never asked for and can't reach anyone

I placed one order from Resilia for their Oll of Oregano with Black Seed. Then a whole month later, I got another order shipped to me. I never signed up for continuous orders or anything like that.

I've been trying to call them at 203-516-7743, but no one ever answers. There's not even an option to leave a voicemail. I contacted my credit card company about the charge since I didn't authorize it. They gave me another number to try, but that one doesn't get answered either and the mailbox is full.

This whole thing feels like a scam. Someone really needs to look into this company.

If you're being charged for a subscription you didn't authorize, you may want to call the credit card company to replace the old card number with a new one. Some credit cards have a feature where you download their app and from there you can lock your card to prevent unnecessary future purchases until you unlock it. Yeah, those websites can sometimes be tricky, so it's always prudent to review the order before making the purchase, so make sure the one time purchase is selected and you're opting out of repeat subscriptions.
