Ordered sweatshirts for a charity and got overcharged and blocked
I never even got an email confirmation for the order. When I tried to follow up with the company, they told me I never ordered anything. I sent copies of my order and gave them the bank authorization details. They were supposed to be $54.99 but they charged my card $74.99.
Now their customer service has blocked my account and they just won't reply. It feels especially bad because they're using a tragedy to run this scam.
