Ordered a product and they won't replace it
So I emailed them at [email protected] to ask for a replacement since I never got it. They just said no, they wouldn't send another one and told me to just order it again online. So basically I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. Doesn't seem right to have to pay twice for something I never even received.
