Website glitched and charged me for two pairs of jeans
I tried contacting customer service multiple times to explain what happened. Every single time I got stuck in a chat loop that gave me the same auto response over and over. It just kept saying they don't accept returns but I could have a store credit. I kept trying to explain it was their site that messed up, not me changing my mind. Same auto response every time.
Each chat just ended with "This chat has been closed. Thank you!" I never got my money back. Their address shows as 8009 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046.
Ordered in May and still no items from revicedenim
I tried to cancel the order because of the long delay but their customer service is all automated. It just refuses to let me cancel. I keep getting the same runaround with no real person to talk to. I also tried emailing [email protected] and calling (310) 658-2259 but its the same thing.
This is basically a scam. They took my money and never sent the items. I just want my order or my money back.
