Online work ad said pay for survey opinions

I was online when I saw an ad for online work. It cost $147.00. After I paid I got access to a website where I was supposed to give daily opinions on survey questions. They also gave me a personal manager for support.

When I asked the manager questions, I was told payout would not happen until $1500.00 was reached in questions answered. Then payout would be done with Rewarbl. But Rewarbl does not exist.
