Ordered pants but got broken earrings instead

I ordered these pants from Reya because they looked comfortable for work. That was like a few weeks ago and they never showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and sometimes it would go through and other times it just wouldn't send.

I finally went and looked at the reviews and saw a bunch of people saying the same thing. They ordered stuff and got a package of broken earrings instead. Well today I got the mail and there was this small yellow envelope. Inside were three tiny little bags and each one had a broken earring in it. I guess I should've read the reviews before I gave them my money. Lost about $35 on this.
