Facebook ad lied about mileage on a 1993 Chevy

Saw a Facebook ad for a 1991 Chevrolet 3500 Crew Cab. It said 100,000 miles. That was a lie. The truck is actually a 1993 and it has over 237,000 miles on it. It also won't even start.

The seller is demanding $3,000 cash. The truck has been non-op for 10 years and has late fees. I looked it up and it's only valued at like $1,200 to $1,500. The ad was just false advertising about the mileage and the description. Contact info they gave is [email protected] and a phone number (805) 642-6741. Address is 1607 Los Angeles Ave STE A, Ventura, CA 93004.
