Ordered NeuroLift after seeing fake Bill Gates ad

I ordered a product called NueroLift after seeing an ad online with Bill Gates in it. Turns out that was fake. My doctor told me I couldn't take it with my blood thinner so I called to cancel the next day. I spoke to two people at what I thought was the Neurolift company and they said it already shipped. The order was placed 9/21/26.

I never received the order but they charged my credit card $532.00. I asked my credit card company to stop the payment but I don't know how this will get resolved. The name of the company charging me is Ridgeline Athletics. Their phone is (888) 380-3133 and email is [email protected]. Can you help.
