Damaged suitcase from Riigid and no one answers

I ordered a suitcase from Riigid Luggage and it showed up damaged. I went on their website www.riigidusa.com to try to get it sorted out and sent three messages through the site. Nobody ever got back to me. Not one reply. I paid $320 for this and now I'm just stuck with a damaged suitcase and a company that won't answer.
