Order shipped email but no package ever came

I ordered these women's ultra stretch ice silk comfort casual pants, a 12 pack for $29.98. The total came out to $41.47 with shipping and tax. I got an email saying my order has been shipped and to track my package below. That was it.

I paid $41.47 total and the email came from [email protected]. It said my order was shipped but I never got anything. No package, nothing.

I just want my money back or the pants I paid for. $41.47 isn't a huge amount but it's still my money and I ordered something that never showed up.
