Ordered two dresses and they looked nothing like the pictures
Through several emails they offered me 10% then 20% to just keep the dresses. Then they wanted pictures again, so I sent them. Then they finally said to return the items. I sent them back to where they came from in Los Angeles, California on July 8, 2026, through USPS with tracking number 9534613188526189133260, in the same package they came in. They just told me they received them.
It's been 4 months of weekly emails and I still have not gotten my $109.90 back. Please help me.
