Roadside company took $199 from customer but never paid me
I got the van owner's contact info and called about our payment. That's when I found out she had already paid a company called RoadForce $199.00 for the service. But that was the service I provided, not RoadForce. I called 18882153095 and got Alyssa again. She told me the customer Nicole needed to pay me, not them. I told her that's not how it works here in Florida. A customer calls and pays you, a roadside club, then you contact me for the service so you pay me. She came back with "Well, I have Nicole's card credit information I can give you." That's not responsible business practice at all. They also own OA Mobility Group LLC. Predatory practices.
