Hacked my Chime account and charged my card without permission

On June 9, 2025 a guy named Roberto Esteban Munoz hacked into my Chime account. He made transactions through Uber Eats Cash and Dollar General. Then $1500 was charged to a cleaning company called WSL cleaningcfl which I found out Roberto owns. I never gave him or anyone permission to spend money out of my bank account like that. Total I lost $2300.

I filed two disputes through Chime and they denied both of them. I also tried filing disputes with Uber and Dollar General but that didn't go anywhere either. His phone number is (347) 431-5443 and he's in Orlando, FL. I just want my money back and I don't understand why the banks won't help with this.
