Land purchase payments kept failing on my card

I bought a piece of property and paid the down payment with my Chime credit builder card, no problem. Then the first payment came due and they said they couldn’t get it off the card. They wanted us to use the debit card instead. So they asked for the routing and account number, I sent it to them.

Second payment comes due, and now they say there’s a problem with the numbers and the account is overdue. But the account is good, we use that card all the time and the money for both payments is sitting right on the card. I don’t get why they can’t take it. They have my info and the funds are there.
