Charged twice for a novel site I never wanted

I agreed to a one-time, 1-day unlock of some digital content from “COL Pictures LLC” which goes by RocNovel. It was advertised on the iOS game “money sort.” They charged me $9.90 for that, which was fine, but then they also hit my PayPal with a $19.90 ongoing pre-payment. I didn't sign up for any subscription.

Now I can't cancel the account because there's an ongoing payment resolution case with PayPal, and the terms on their website are impossible to work with. I saw that a legit company with a similar name, “clo pictures llc,” had to post on Instagram saying they are not the same company because so many people sent scam complaints to their CEO. So this clearly isn't just me.

Their website is https://book-applovin-0724-1699-408968017886068736.rocnovel.com/member and their email is [email protected]. I'm out $19.90 and stuck in this loop.
