Ordered from Rodaneer and package never showed up
The delivery date was supposed to be July 28 but nothing ever came to my local post office. I emailed them again and they told me the package was delivered and maybe I should check with my neighbors in case it went to the wrong house. My address is 2068 so I asked the people at 2078 and 2058 but nobody had it.
After that I sent a few more emails asking what was going on and they just stopped answering. I never heard back from them again. Still no package and no refund.
Order marked delivered but nothing ever showed up
I reached out to them by email and told them they could either fix the issue or give me a full refund. I told them I would never make the mistake of ordering from them again and would make sure others follow suit. They have refused to respond to me and whats worse is that a refund hasn't been issued either. I paid $24.97 and got nothing for it. They called about product orders and took my money
They kept pushing for payment and told me a bunch of stuff that turned out to be false. I ended up sending them 35 dollars for what they said was part of the deal. After I paid, things just didn't add up. The info they gave me to get my money and products was just wrong.
Now I'm out the 35 bucks and no products to show for it. I tried to get a hold of them but no luck.
Ordered pants from Rodaneer and never got them
No package ever showed up that day or any day after. I checked the mail and porch and nothing. I paid 35 dollars for this and just want my money back or the pants.
Ad said Macy's but charge went to Rodaneer
But then I looked at my bank statement and the charge went to Rodaneer, not Macy's. That didn't make sense to me. The website is rodaneer.com and the email is [email protected].
I never got the stuff I ordered. Just a charge on my card for 35.19 and no merchandise. I don't know what else to do about it.

I tried emailing their customer service a bunch of times about it. Never got any help, no positive results at all. The whole thing was just a waste of money. They are scammers for real. Don't ever trust this company.

I tried calling the number they had, 1(727) 512-5183, and I even emailed them at [email protected]. I never heard anything back. It's like they just took my money and disappeared. Their website is still up I think, but it doesn't matter. I just want my money back or my products, but I guess that's not happening.
Facebook ad for Macy's capris turned out to be another site
Turns out I actually ordered from a site called Rodaneer, I thought it was part of Macy's or something. I tracked the package for 19 days and finally it said "Out for Delivery". But it never showed up on the 27th, 28th, or 29th. The shipping method said UPS so I called them, but the tracking number they gave me isn't even a UPS number. They couldn't help me at all.
I've tried everything I can think of at this point.
