Ordered clothes, tracking says delivered but never got it
I emailed them because the package wasn't delivered, and they gave me a tracking number ZS18840334099. The first email came from [email protected], but then the reply came from [email protected]. They said according to logistics, it was delivered successfully and sent me a link to check. I sent tons of emails back and forth.
Finally they offered me a 50% refund for a package that was never delivered. I haven't heard anything since Aug 10, 2026. I paid $35.19 and got nothing.
