Faucet install messed up and phone number is dead

This guy Ron Rivers from Senior Home Repair in Coventry CT came out three times to put in a water faucet for me. After all that it still is not installed right. The phone number on his business card, 860-205-7008, is out of order so I cant even get ahold of him to fix it.

He wanted the check made out to CASH which I thought was odd but I went along with it. Now I'm stuck with a messed up faucet and no way to reach him. The card just has his name and number on it, no real website or anything.
