Broken statue from Rootrove not what was advertised
I contacted Rootrove at [email protected] and sent them the photos they asked for of the item and the shipping label. They offered me a 30% refund. I refused because I feel like I should get all my money back. I paid $46.89 for this.
My order number was RO2988 if that matters.
