Paid for items through Afterpay and never got a refund

I paid $329.48 for merchandise using Afterpay. When I asked for a refund she told me no. The next day she texted me an address where the items would be. I didn't go pick them up and my money still hasn't been refunded. I also filed a complaint with CFPB. Her email is [email protected] and her phone number is (773) 966-8091.
