Ordered a dress and then the order disappeared from my account

I ordered a dress from this company using my credit card. My card was charged and I got a confirmation email with an order number. After a week or two I still hadn't received anything, so I emailed the company and never got a response. Now when I check the website it doesn't show any active orders on my account at all. I also tried reaching them through their social media page and got nothing back.
