Ordered tops twice and never got anything back
Days went by and nothing showed up. Then they claimed shipping was late due to the war and asked me to be patient. I was, but still nothing. I reached out again via email and they just kept leading me to believe the item was shipped and I should get it any day. Still nothing so I just started asking for a refund on both orders.
Initially they said I could get 60% of a refund. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT. Then they said 90%. I asked why am I not receiving 100% of my refunds for both orders. I guess they agreed but said due to a force majeure my refund was taking longer. I just said no more. I submitted two disputes with my bank. This company is a scam. I lost $85 total.
